In Brighton, England in 1990, a bassist from Belfast recorded a version of Pharaoh House Crash. It was a year of heatwaves, raves and riots.

Pharaoh House Crash was also chosen as his artist name because, as well as sounding like the music he was inspired by (reggae, house and punk) the song's depiction of strikes and riots reminded him of his childhood on the Falls Road during the Troubles.

Debut single Epic Dream (a song about global warming) came out in 1993 and follow up, the Backlash EP, with protest songs about domestic abuse and free speech, was released in... 2020.

Gidam (All the Way) is the most recent Pharaoh House Crash release. The vocals were recorded in December 2021, in Khartoum, Sudan by Arthur Larie and Bastien Massa. All royalties go the musicians who provided the drums and vocals.
